Plus, our Applications software includes a full suite of self-serve editing tools that will enable you to make real-time updates to your application at any time you wish.
Our applications are also user-friendly, graphically-rich and easy to pre-populate.
In addition, you will be able to access your application data in real-time through your customized interface and export it in a format that meets the import requirements of your internal database or contact management system.

Customization Opportunities

- Customize the look and feel of your entire application, including registration form, introductory screens, and landing pages.

- Determine the number of pages and sections your application will include.

- Choose your application fields and field labels.
- Determine which fields are required and which are optional.
- Include hidden fields for use by your "Office Only".
- Pre-populate as many fields as you wish to encourage users to complete your application.

- Utilize conditional logic to streamline and personalize the user's application experience.

Management Tools
Details
- Edit your application any time you wish using our full suite of self-serve editing tools.

- Allow users to save their application and complete it over multiple sessions.
- Enable users to upload a document (essay, personal statement, resume, etc.).

- Provide third parties (teacher, coach, employer, etc.) with the opportunity to complete and submit their recommendations online. Upon receipt, a customized e-mail confirmation message will be automatically sent to each recommender.

- Accept online payments through our payment processing service (major credit cards, PayPal accepted) or link your application to your school's payment processing Web page.
- Waive your application fee for all applicants or just for select students.

Real-time Data & Reports
Details
- Access your application data in real-time through your Extinguisher interface.
- Update or correct an application once it has been submitted online.
- View your completed or partially completed application data.

- Conduct a search using one or multiple application fields and/or conditions.

- Save your customized search criteria for quick, repeated use.

- Filter your data by submission date, print status and/or export status.

- Export the e-mail addresses of users who have not submitted their applications and send them a deadline reminders using our Broadcast E-mail module. The cost is $0.015 for each e-mail sent.
- Print copies of your completed applications one-by-one or in batches, in a PDF format.
- Generate detailed reports.
